FlexiDriver is operated by Emily Logistics Ltd (the “data controller”). If you have any question about your data, or want to access, correct or delete it, email us at support@flexidriver-ltd.co.uk and we’ll help.

We only collect the information you choose to give us through our forms — when you apply as a client, register your interest as a driver, or contact us. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, phone number, company, and location.

For driver registrations we also collect the details needed to match you to work and confirm eligibility — for example the vehicle types you drive, and whether you hold a full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, review client applications, match drivers to suitable shifts, and operate the FlexiDriver service. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal data, including the right to access it, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address above.
