Drivers onboard via the mobile app
Drivers download the FlexiDriver app, verify their UK mobile via OTP, and complete a 12-step profile: licence, Right to Work, DVLA check, CPC if relevant, vehicle photos, bank details. Our team verifies each document before they can take any shifts.

Clients post a shift in under a minute
Logged into the client portal, an authorised user picks a depot, sets the date and time, chooses driver type and requirements, and picks pricing — hourly or per-shift. One click and it's live.

Smart matching cascades the offer to the best-fit drivers
Eligible drivers are filtered (type, distance, document compliance, availability, no time conflict) and ranked by score (preferred status, rating, past shifts with you, acceptance rate, distance). The top driver gets the offer first with a 15-minute window. If they decline or expire, the next driver gets it — until the shift is filled or the pool exhausts.

Driver clocks in at the depot via GPS
At shift start, the driver opens the app at the depot. We verify they're inside your depot's geofence and record their clock-in time, GPS coordinates, and accuracy. They log any breaks during the shift. At the end, they clock out the same way.

You review the recorded hours and approve
After clock-out, the driver submits the timesheet. You see the scheduled-vs-actual times, GPS verification, breaks, and the computed pay. Approve in one click. Disagree? Dispute it — our team arbitrates with full transparency. If you don't review within 48 hours, the timesheet auto-approves so drivers always get paid on time.

Driver gets paid by Bacs, client gets invoiced
Every Monday we run payroll for the previous Mon–Sun. Each driver gets a self-billing invoice for the week's approved timesheets — paid by Bacs into their UK bank account by end-of-Friday. Each client gets a weekly invoice with depot-grouped line items, billed at the agreed agency margin, with VAT correctly applied.
