Common questions
Our smart matching offers it to the top-ranked eligible drivers in a 15-minute cascade — if the first driver doesn't accept, the next is offered automatically. When the pool has eligible drivers nearby, a shift can fill in minutes.
Every driver provides their driving licence, DVLA check, Right to Work documentation, and CPC card if working 7.5t. Our team verifies each document before they can take any shifts.
You choose hourly or per-shift pricing when posting. Hourly: rate × hours worked. Per-shift: flat fee with an overrun rate after a threshold (keeps it fair to drivers on long jobs). Agency margin is transparent and per-client.
Drivers clock in and out via GPS at the depot. You review and approve the timesheet. If you disagree, raise a dispute — our team arbitrates with full visibility of both sides. 48-hour auto-approve protects against forgotten reviews.
Weekly. Every Monday we run payroll for the previous week's approved timesheets. Self-billing invoices are issued and Bacs payments land in driver bank accounts by end-of-day Friday.
