Pricing questions, answered.
It's agreed when you onboard, based on your expected volume and shift mix. Typical range £2–£5/hr or a per-shift equivalent. Once agreed, it's transparent on every invoice — no surprises.
VAT is charged at 20% on the net amount, in line with HMRC requirements. Once we're VAT-registered, every invoice shows our VAT number alongside a per-depot breakdown.
None. You only pay for shifts that get worked. Use FlexiDriver for a week, a month, or three shifts a year — no contract, no minimum spend.
We invoice you weekly for the previous week's approved shifts. Payment is by Direct Debit (you set up the mandate during onboarding) on the invoice's due date — typically 14 days from issue.
